1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lolu, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Lolu is a mobile AI assistant that can chat, connect to third-party apps, and act on your behalf when you ask it to. Features may change, and the service is offered on an ongoing, evolving basis.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Lolu. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Bring your own key (BYOK)

You may supply your own AI-provider API keys. You are responsible for those keys, for any usage costs billed by the provider, and for complying with the provider’s terms. We use your keys only to operate the assistant for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lolu to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse connected third-party services.

6. Third-party services

Lolu integrates with third-party providers (AI models, app connectors, search, and more). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Affiliate links

Some product links shown by Lolu are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on purchases made through them. A product appearing in Lolu is not an endorsement, and we are not the seller — purchases are completed with the respective store under its own terms.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated responses, recommendations, and shopping suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional (legal, financial, medical, or other) advice. Verify important information before relying on it.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lolu and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Lolu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set before launch], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
