Delete Your Account

Applies to the Lolu app by Venture Deals, Co.

You can delete your Lolu account and all associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Lolu app and sign in.
Open the menu and go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@lolu.ai from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email address, name and credentials, including any Sign in with Apple or Google link)
Your conversations and assistant memory
Uploaded files and your knowledge base
Connected-app authorizations (OAuth tokens)
Stored API keys (BYOK)
Push notification tokens, price watches, and scheduled tasks

What may be kept

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes (for example, anonymized subscription transaction identifiers), and routine backups that expire automatically within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google bills it, not Lolu. Cancel it first, on iPhone in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or on Android in the Google Play Store › Subscriptions.
