It reads.
Lolu looks through your mail, calendar and tasks to answer you. Reading is never an Action: it changes nothing.

The reply, the event or the reminder arrives as a card that shows exactly what will go out.

Nothing is sent or scheduled until you do. Your tap approves exactly what the card shows, nothing more.
Try it: tap Reply on the phone, twice. The second tap is the confirm.

Emails, replies, events and reminders wait as cards until you approve them. Reading is never an Action; anything that changes something outside Lolu asks first.

Quick checkout opens the store’s own cart, and you pay the store. Lolu never sees your card details. Its only charges are optional subscriptions through Apple or Google.

Data from a connected Google account is used only for the features you ask for. It is never used for ads, never sold, never read by people except with your consent, for security or by law, and never used to train generalized AI models.

Lolu has no model of its own. Your prompts go to the AI provider that answers: Lolu’s default, or the one whose key you add.

Bring your own key, if you want to.
Add an Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or OpenRouter key and choose that provider’s models. It’s used only to run your assistant, and the provider bills you directly.

Do I need an API key?
No. Lolu works out of the box on every plan. If you like, add your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or OpenRouter in Settings, choose that provider’s models, and pay the provider directly. Usage limits still apply.
What can Lolu change in my accounts?
Lolu can send an email or a reply, create or change a calendar event, and set a reminder, each one through a card you tap. Google Drive, Todoist and Notion are read-only, and Automations only read and report.
Which accounts can I connect?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Todoist and Notion. Signing in with Google does not give Lolu your Gmail or Calendar; you connect those separately, and you can disconnect any of them on the Connectors screen.
Will Lolu buy things for me?
No. Lolu finds products, checks live price and stock, and can open the store’s own cart with the item in it. You pay the store on its site, and Lolu never sees your card details. Product links may be affiliate links.
Is my data used to train AI?

How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. That removes your account, stored keys, connected-account tokens, conversations, Memory and files; backups expire within 30 days. You can also start from the account deletion page.
